Her commitment to the area is expressed through years of public and community service. She presently serves on the City of San Jose Downtown Parking Board and has been a member of several city Task Forces involving development of housing and mixed use communities. She has also served her neighborhood as President of the Neighborhood Association and continues to support pride in neighborhoods and the history of the various communities that make up Silicon Valley.
Elizabeth is a member and foundation trustee of the Rotary Club of San Jose and has been a nominee for the Women of Achievement Award of the Womens Fund Silicon Valley and San Jose Mercury News.
